Metro Cebu City

Not much of a point mentioning all the restaurants that are located in the big malls, just check them out while there. Still, I got a list of some of the more popular eating places, some of which have branches in the malls. I explicitely mention if not or only limited accessible for wheelchair users.

Krua Thai, locations at Mactan's Marina Mall, SM, Crossroads. Great food, not spicy at all (not spicy enough) fair price.
Banilad branch has toilet with door width of 58 cm

Maribago Grill, Maribago, Mactan. Just across the road from Maribago Bluewater, offers philippino food in lush tropical surroundings. Popular spot for tourists and locals.

Mr. A.Drive up towards Tops, Busay, past Marco Polo Hotel, good place with a great view over Mactan Channel and Cebu.

Anton's. Right on the waterfront next to the Mactan Yacht Club. Just opposite MEZ1. There is a jetty out to the water, the view is better than the food though.

Rai Rai Ken. Japanese fast food, good and inexpensive, they have branches at the major malls as well as on Mactan, along the highway near the new bridge (Marcelo Fernan Bridge). Mactans branch has a number of steps leading to the entrance.

Cebu Province

Sally's Garden Restaurant,Tangil, Dumanjug, international dishes, very good food and more than fair prices. German delicatessen shop.

Parking is plentiful, there are no steps to the restaurant, bathroom door is about 85 cm wide and level access, but the door can't be closed while a wheelchair is in the toilet due to limited moving space, big enough otherwise.
Cottage for rent, layground and beach access for day guests.
