CICC, Cebu International Convention Center

CICC, or Cebu International Convention Center, is wholly accessible for wheelchairs. Parking is huge, there are ramps at the main entrance, elevators lead to all floors including the underground garage, and the disabled bathroom that I used was big enough to play basketball in it and had properly installed hand railing. Only thing was the faucet dispensed no water.
